- 40 hours week/OT as necessary
**Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Due to the client-site nature of this role, we are unable to support OPT or STEM OPT employment, including completion of Form I-983**
What You Will Be Doing
- Assists in the upkeep of the external grounds of the organization's facilities.
- Plants and cares for flowers and shrubbery.
- Maintains lawn and sprinkler system.
- Maintains lawn equipment.
- Patrols grounds to check on conditions.
- May be responsible for coordinating efforts of grounds keeping vendors.
- Supports maintenance team as needed.
- 1-3 years of Landscaping and general Maintainence experience
- Landscape design experience a plus
- HS/GED Required
- Must have the ability to communicate, written and verbally, with other members of the team; basic Computer skills (Outlook/Word)
- Proven ability to handle and organize multiple competing projects, displays a sense of urgency
- Excellent attendance & punctuality
- Strong team player with a great attitude
