Jr Project Manager

Job Description: As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing project activities.  You will work closely with senior project managers to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
1.      Project Coordination:
o       Collaborate with senior project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
o       Assist in creating project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
o       Delegate tasks and allocate resources effectively.
o       Create and assign Jira issue types for project members.
o       Scheduling of meetings
2.      Monitoring and Reporting:
o       Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
o       Document project milestones, risks, and issues.
o       Prepare regular progress reports for clients and management.
o       Update confluence project status pages.
3.      Communication:
o       Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
o       Ensure that project-related information flows smoothly within the team.
4.      Quality Assurance:
o       Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
o       Conduct periodic reviews to identify areas for improvement.
5.      Problem-Solving:
o       Address challenges and obstacles promptly.
o       Collaborate with team members to find solutions.
6.      Documentation:
o       Organize and maintain project documentation.
o       Ensure accurate record-keeping for future reference.
7.      Client Interaction:
o       Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
o       Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
•       Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
•       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•       Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•       Eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
•       Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
•       Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) certification or equivalent work experience
•       Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience

 

Estimated Min Rate: $28.97
Estimated Max Rate: $41.00
