Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT systems and endpoint management team.
• Define and drive endpoint lifecycle strategies (provisioning, patching, upgrades, decommissioning).
• Align system and endpoint initiatives with broader IT and business goals.

• Administer endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune) to ensure secure and consistent configurations.
• Manage enterprise operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile device environments.
• Implement patch management, vulnerability remediation, and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Support enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and on-premises infrastructure.

• Establish system health monitoring, performance reporting, and analytics for endpoints.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Partner with information security to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Identify opportunities for automation to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.

• Lead endpoint refresh cycles, system upgrades, and related infrastructure projects.
• Manage vendor relationships, tool licensing, and contract negotiations.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve endpoint performance and security posture.

 
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience with focus on systems and endpoint management.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Expertise with enterprise endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune).
• In-depth knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile OS, and enterprise application environments.
• Experience with patching, compliance frameworks, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

• Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, MCSA/MCSE, ITIL, or CISSP.
• Experience with hybrid environments (Azure + on-prem).
• Automation/scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, configuration management tools).
