Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking IT Support Specialists/Helpdesk Frontline Technicians to support a high-volume IT environment at the Santa Monica Studio location. We're looking for individuals who are hands-on, customer-focused, and able to jump in quickly to keep users productive.
- 5-6 week assignment
- 100% onsite in LA (Playa Vista, Santa Monica Studio)
- $40-50/hr on W2 (contingent on experience)
- Candidates must be able to work directly on a W2 without sponsorship. NO C2C!!
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline IT support for endpoint hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related equipment.
- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a fast-paced environment.
- Support device deployments, swaps, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively with end users and provide excellent customer service.
- Execute assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience supporting endpoint hardware and end-user technology.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven track record of getting things done in a high-volume support environment.
- Helpdesk, desktop support, or IT support experience preferred.
