I am working with a client in Dallas that is looking for an IT Support Analyst.The Support Analyst provides technical support for hardware, software, and operating systems across various platforms. Responsibilities include hands-on assistance with installation, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution, while ensuring adherence to organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer technical support for devices such as phones, printers, desktops, laptops, and tablets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Manage IT assets, including setup and imaging of devices.
• Investigate disruptions, recommend solutions, and track improvements.
• Maintain detailed documentation in the incident tracking system.
• Assist with software deployments and hardware refreshes.
• Contribute to process and documentation improvements.
• Stay updated on IT trends and technologies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years in IT systems support (hardware, software, break, fix)
• Experience with Windows-based systems. (Windows 10/11, Active Directory)
• Experience working with ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.
• Microsoft certification (MCP) is a plus.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely and with users at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7 as needed.

 

Estimated Min Rate: $55000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $61000.00
