International Logistics & Inventory Specialist
We’re looking for a hands-on logistics professional to manage both international shipping operations and local inventory control in a fast-paced technical environment. This individual will work closely with shipping carriers, customs agencies, and internal teams to ensure on-time global deliveries, while also supporting receiving, inventory transactions, and logistics ticket handling onsite in Sunnyvale.

Scope:
• Coordinate and resolve international shipping activities, including customs clearance, documentation, and escalations
• Serve as the primary onsite logistics point of contact for incoming shipments
• Receive, inspect, and log parts into the inventory system; execute inventory transactions and transfers
• Process and track Salesforce or internal ticketing system requests related to logistics, shipping issues, and materials movement
• Interface with internal teams and external carriers to resolve delivery holds, incorrect shipments, or cross-border shipping challenges
• Monitor local stock levels and support basic logistics coordination, packing, labeling, and storage
• Maintain clear documentation for all incoming parts and ensure full traceability for compliance or audit readiness

Required:
• 3+ years of experience in international logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations
• Proven knowledge of customs clearance procedures, incoterms, and international freight processes
• Experience handling shipping tickets and issues, including use of internal systems like Salesforce or similar
• Comfortable working onsite in a receiving/logistics environment, physically handling parts and verifying inventory
• Strong familiarity with inventory management systems and material flow
• Exceptional communication skills to coordinate across internal departments and third-party logistics providers
• Proficiency with standard tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) for tracking and documentation

Estimated Min Rate: $30.00
Estimated Max Rate: $40.00/hr+ Depends on experience
