Yoh presents an excellent long-term Internal Laboratory Testing Coordinator opportunity with a trusted, long-term client located in Swiftwater, PA.
 
This position is part of a major  pharmaceutical company, and requires a  Bachelors of Science degree in Life Sciences. Schedule is  full-time M-F (7am-8am start time, 8 hour shift)  and may require flexibility to work some evenings and overtime due to projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with leads to ensure there is complete visibility on sample flow (including query resolution) and testing timelines.
  • Track and problem solve to gain a deep understanding of the multiple steps in the process of tracking the shipment of clinical samples to laboratories, internal testing and data release.
  • Maintain dashboards across multiple programs, providing a comprehensive view of the portfolio and ensure timely delivery of clinical data with high quality.
  • Coordinate with leads to author Sample Request Memos for investigation, development, qualification and validation of test procedures.  This includes interfacing with clinical data managers and clinical biostatistics to bring together information of sample volume and consent with the key immuno readouts to select the proper samples.
  • Lead and attend/contribute to transversal meetings with clinical trial managers, central lab personnel, clinical data managers and leads to ensure 100% reconciliation of clinical sample identity in advance of completion of clinical testing.
 
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years in a laboratory setting, preferably in pharma R&D.
  • Understanding of GXP practices and procedures required.
  • Work experience both in early phase product development and clinical stage.
  • Laboratory management and/or operations experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with clinical or sample databases and inventory management required.
  • Experience with external vendors preferred.
  • Significant experience with biostatistics, analyzing and presenting data.
  • Familiarity with laboratory testing regulations both internally and externally (CROs).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with positive energy and strong sense of determination.
  • Proficient verbal, written communication, organizational, presentation and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to implement new procedures/processes.
  • Project management and computer skills required, PMP preferred.



Estimated Min Rate: $40.00
Estimated Max Rate: $50.00
