What You’ll Do
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers
- Manage non-strategic vendors and ensure cost-effective procurement
- Issue RFQs, analyze proposals, and drive supplier selection
- Expedite orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
- Resolve material, receiving, and accounting discrepancies
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and purchasing records
- Continuously improve processes and supplier performance

- 3–5 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
- Experience negotiating with vendors and managing supplier relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Solid understanding of inventory, logistics, and procurement strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing or similar industry
- Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, or similar procurement systems
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Competitive pay: $21.70 – $31.00/hour
