GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position requires experience with systems integration and will be responsible for all aspects of design, coding, development, technical implementation, internal technical support, testing and documentation for Software applications integration using XML Soap integrations as well as API’s using REST/web services. This position will spend time working with the integration team and application development teams to present findings, make recommendations, design and code integrations.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Support and On-Call Duties:
Act as the on-call rotation (on a calendar) contact for production support, responding with urgency and efficiency to integration-related issues, including during weekends and after-hours on-call rotations.
Monitor XML SOAP integrations, REST APIs, and middleware configurations proactively to ensure stability and minimize disruptions.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents swiftly, coordinating with relevant teams to restore services and prevent recurrence.

Integration Maintenance and Configuration:
Maintain, support, and configure XML SOAP-based integrations to ensure data accuracy and seamless operations.
Set up, configure, and manage REST APIs to support business-critical applications.
Oversee the configuration and maintenance of middleware systems to facilitate efficient data communication across platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application development, operations, and business users, to ensure integration solutions align with organizational goals.
Participate in project planning sessions, providing input and expertise to support integration-related initiatives.
Partner with Clients to prioritize and address day-to-day operational needs and resolve integration challenges.
Foster strong working relationships across teams to improve coordination, knowledge sharing, and overall system reliability.


System Stability and Continuous Improvement:
Conduct regular validations, testing, and performance monitoring across integration systems to ensure operational stability.
Address data transfer errors and discrepancies, ensuring the integrity and security of data exchanges.
Identify and suggest improvements to integration workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Communication and Client Management:
Provide timely updates on system performance, production incidents, and resolutions to Clients and team members.
Clearly communicate technical issues, improvements, or potential roadblocks to cross-functional teams and management.
Maintain documentation of integration configurations, updates, and support activities for transparency and knowledge sharing.


REQUIRMENTS:
Proven experience in supporting and maintaining XML SOAP integrations, REST APIs, and middleware configurations in production environments.
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, XML/JSON, JavaScript, and web services.
Understanding and working experience of middleware technologies like InterSystems Ensemble or AWS.
Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, with a focus on resolving integration-related issues quickly.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple projects and daily operational tasks.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.



Estimated Min Rate: $70000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $80000.00
