About the Opportunity Are you a safety professional with a passion for operational excellence and a knack for leadership? We’re looking for a  Senior Safety & Compliance Director  who brings deep regulatory knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor, mentor, and technical authority—helping to shape a culture where safety is second nature.

Act as a Safety and compliance authority offering expert-level guidance across departments, you will:

• Lead incident investigations, applying root cause analysis to develop and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure full compliance with DOT and CFR 49 regulations, including Hours of Service, CSA, Driver Qualification Files, and Hazardous Materials.
• Design and facilitate engaging safety training programs, with preference for OSHA-authorized instructors.
• Partner with leadership to drive strategic safety initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support the rollout of project plans that enhance safety operations and align with organizational goals.
• Deliver impactful presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• What You Bring to the Table
• A Bachelor’s degree in Safety or a related field, plus 10+ years of relevant experience.
• OSHA 510 or 511 certification; OSHA Instructor credentials are a strong advantage.
• Preferred certifications include CSP, CHMM, or equivalent.
• A proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of risk mitigation and compliance strategies.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
