The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:

  • Financial experience
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel require
  • Experience with SmartSheet and BOX a plus
  • Fort Mill (FM) | In-office: 3 days/week
  • Workdays: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Pay Rate- $18.00 hourly – $21.00 hourly
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Repapering Support – Provide repapering support to aid new advisors in moving their book of business for our client.
  • Repapering support will be provided virtually and will include opening accounts, cash management and transfer paperwork.
  • SmartSheet Tracking – Leverage this tool to communicate back and forth with advisors on items that are complete, in process and/or Not In Good Order.
  • Assist with client communication mailings (Negative Consent Letter, Repapering) for various Institution conversions and interface with print vendors internal transition team.
  • Obtain necessary approvals on mailing components (letters, inserts, data file, etc.) necessary for the mailing and provide to vendor to create mailing package to send to client
  • Review soft and hard copy proofs of the mailing and provide approval to start producing packages
  •  In some cases assist with tracking undeliverable client communications
  • Complete and submit misc. formal document requests to BETA for Conversion/De-conversion projects.
  • Assisting our team members with logging BETA (client System Vendor) work requests, typically in support of department initiatives, projects or regulatory requests.
  • Be point of contact throughout the life cycle of a work request, including facilitating the review and approval of BETA's estimate for the work to be completed, coordinating testing where needed, helping resolve issues if necessary
  • New hires will be trained on all repapering functions to be set up for success, however, 1-2 years of experience in New Accounts or Operations a plus
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • Experience supporting advisors in various lines of business (wirehouse, regional, independent, RIA, institutions and retirement plans) a plus
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel required
  • Experience with SmartSheet and BOX a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, critical thinker who can work with little direction once given a project
  • Multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and completely independent
