Contract Recruiter (Hybrid – Salt Lake City)
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid – 50% onsite)
Duration:  7?month contract with good likelihood of extension
Schedule: Full-time
Pay Rate:$30.00–$35.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter in Salt Lake City Utah. This is a hybrid role requiring approximately 50% onsite. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously and spends a significant portion of time reviewing applications and actively sourcing candidates.
Key Responsibilities
  • Post job ads and proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other relevant platforms
  • Review and screen applications (approximately 50% of the role) to identify qualified talent
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, equal employment practices, and hiring standards
  • Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while providing a high level of service to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Strong full lifecycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and screening
  • Proven ability to manage approximately 15 to 25 requisitions
  • Experience recruiting through LinkedIn Recruiter
  • ATS experience required; Jobvite a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while meeting deadlines


Estimated Min Rate: $30.00
Estimated Max Rate: $35.00
