Hybrid-Campus Talent Advisor

Hybrid-Campus Talent Advisor  needed for a  contract  opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Wilmington, DE.
The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in human resources, preferably in recruiting and campus event management
• Ability to travel up to 50% during peak seasons.
• Hybrid Schedule: Three (3) days onsite; two (2) days remote
• Pay Range: $40 - $43/hr; depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute on-campus recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and hire top talent from universities for intern, co-op, and early career roles across the client’s businesses.
• Work closely with managers and program leaders to understand business needs, develop recruitment strategies and ensure a pipeline of diverse candidates.
• Execute the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting quality candidates to hiring managers.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in human resources, preferably in recruiting and campus event management
• Ability to travel up to 50% during peak seasons.
• Strong capability using technology systems such as Applicant Tracking (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), social media, and other predictive tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
