Position: HR Shared Services Representative

Location: Bethlehem, PA (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 remote)

Join a collaborative HR Shared Services team where your problem-solving skills and passion for helping others will shine. As an HR Shared Services Representative, you’ll support complex HR inquiries related to Benefits, Payroll, Colleague Relations, Performance, and Workday processes. You’ll also contribute to process improvements and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to HR inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
• Support and troubleshoot Workday transactions and HR processes
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements using data and metrics
• Maintain and update SOPs and knowledge base content
• Participate in system testing and HR transformation projects
• Assist with audits and track performance metrics (CSAT, SLA, QA)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 1+ years of contact center or relevant experience (2 years preferred)
• At least 1 year of HR experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday preferred)

Estimated Pay Range:  $15.00 – $20.00/hour
