Our client is seeking a collaborative, organized, and strategic HR Project Manager to oversee a variety of high-priority enablement initiatives for the People Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations & Strategy, you will be accountable for identifying and implementing business process improvements and efficiencies that will support our client's performance and drive innovation. So either someone that has been in a position from the ground up or someone who has worn many hats (not just PM, but program reporting and owning a project roadmap, etc.).  Some projects that we have coming up which this person would support include: creation of a consultant engagement library and scorecard system, standardization and scaling of our report (admin level, not strategic), and meeting and decision making frameworks.
