HR Partner – Contract Role

  • Location:  Oregon
  • Duration:  7 months
  • Maximum Bill Rate:  $51.50/hour
  • Experience Required:  4–7 years
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with manager to align HR strategies with business unit/function goals and evolving needs.
  • Diagnose organizational challenges and implement interventions to optimize performance.
  • Conduct organizational and talent assessments; support talent strategy, selection, development, and succession planning.
  • Design and execute change management, communication, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Partner with and coach managers; begin developing executive leadership through career development and performance management.
  • Work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Operations to deliver HR initiatives.
  • Use tools like Workforce Dashboard and Workday to perform analytics supporting business strategy.
Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Strong HR functional expertise and understanding of business strategy alignment.
  • Ability to interpret complex challenges and recommend best practices.
  • Experience leading HR projects or teams with moderate complexity.
  • Excellent problem-solving and innovation skills.
  • Proven ability to impact operational and project outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
