We’re seeking a detail-oriented Help Desk Technician to provide frontline support to a global user base. You’ll work with the IT team to maintain end-user systems, office tech, and cloud applications. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, calm under pressure, and experienced in Microsoft-centric environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to in-office and remote users.
- Troubleshoot issues with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and related services.
- Support executive users with minimal disruption during updates.
- Maintain office IT: printers, scanners, desk setups, phones.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding: accounts, assets, access.
- Document root causes and long-term solutions.
- Maintain internal and user-facing documentation.
- Offer remote support to traveling and international staff.
- 3–5 years in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Experience with collaboration tools, videoconferencing, and cloud printing.
- Excellent communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

RMM: Datto RMM, Autotask
Collaboration: Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams
Printing: Client-based printer support
