Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist, providing exceptional technical assistance to internal users. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring quick resolution and outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, chat, or remote access
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise apps
- Maintain data security and user access compliance
- Document and track tickets to meet SLA goals
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver seamless IT support
- 2+ years of help desk or service desk experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and incident management tools
- Experience with ServiceNow, Office 365, Citrix, and mobile OS preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or Net+ certification a plus
