Healthcare Customer Onsite Support
Responsible for supporting multiple customers in a specific region (New York tri state area) specific to the Chorus healthcare services offering. The person’s background in the healthcare industry, relationship management and general business operations will be heavily utilized.
Scope:
• Experience in the healthcare industry including project management of operational activities related to improving efficiency & reducing costs.
• Knowledge of standard business tools and understanding of healthcare equipment and equipment management. Additional knowledge in business practices relating to basic finance and healthcare administration.
• Checking with users and management on usage feedback.
• Observe how Chorus is being used, how is Chorus perceived.
• Checking with Biomed for processing of assets, and inventory of Chorus devices as part of their normal asset support. Understand and help support tagging of assets, validating Chorus tags are active, and pairing is properly completed.
• Performing device health checks, training, and retraining of customers on chorus applications including pairing and dashboard. Checking ground truth of asset locations on a regular basis, with written reports / updates to compare against the Chorus system.
• Assisting in implementation activities including tagging, pairing, locating assets to tag in hospitals and helping train and support hospital personnel. Specifically answering questions related to Chorus system use, changes, and active benefits for the users. Providing additional training or written instructions when needed.
• Discovery and documentation of new use case possibilities.
Estimated Min Rate: $20.00
Estimated Max Rate: $30.00 +/hr. Depends on working experience
