Our client needs someone from large group insurance background with enrollment experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand pain points in technology workflows and their underlying root causes. 
• Manage stakeholder expectations and champion solutions with a view towards the long-term vision.  Help stakeholders differentiate between wants and needs.
• Collaborate on assessments of vendor solutions.  Identify areas of improvement and contribute to product roadmaps. 
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to generate and design practical solutions, prioritizing work when necessary.  Help with user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
• Create, maintain, and/or support documentation that meets the needs of relevant stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on health insurance enrollment and benefit administration requirements and needs in relevant states.
• Work remotely with travel and work hour flexibility as required.  Some locations have access to an office location if desired.
• Support team as needed and fulfill other duties as required.

 
Requirements

• Demonstrated firm understanding of group health insurance, including enrollment, case submission, benefits administration, eligibility and renewals
• Working knowledge of technology that supports that work stream from general agency, broker, employer, and employee points of view
• Track record of managing diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions

• Familiarity with software management and database practices
• Familiarity with change management practices

Estimated Min Rate: $84000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $120000.00
