Global Payroll Analyst

The Global Payroll Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and on-time payments.
• Ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local payroll regulations and internal policies.
• Partner with global payroll vendors, auditors, and internal teams to support payroll operations.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll data, including compensation, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support audits and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field required.
• 3–5 years of payroll experience, with global or multi-country payroll experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and advanced Excel skills.

Estimated Min Rate: $45.00
Estimated Max Rate: $50.00
