Global Payroll Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Payroll Analyst to manage accurate, compliant payroll across multiple countries. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of global payroll laws and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for multiple regions
  
  
• Ensure compliance with international payroll, tax, and labor regulations
  
  
• Maintain accurate employee payroll and benefits data
  
  
• Partner with payroll vendors and internal teams (HR, Finance, Legal)
  
  
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
  
  
• Prepare payroll reports, metrics, and reconciliations
  
  
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
  
  
• 3–5 years of payroll experience; global/multi-country preferred
  
  
• Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP, Workday, SAP, etc.) and advanced Excel
  
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  
  
• Payroll certification (CPP, GPA, IPP) preferred
  
  

Estimated Min Rate: $48.00
Estimated Max Rate: $51.00
