We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Full Desk Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of business functions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract top talent, deliver a strong candidate experience, and support hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and hands-on experience using Workday or similar ATS platforms.

What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and business goals
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple functions
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing and networking
- Provide hiring recommendations and market insights to stakeholders
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and reporting within Workday
- Support recruiting operations and additional TA initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, staffing, agency, or MSP environments
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with Workday or similar ATS systems
- Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting media, entertainment, technology, or creative industries
- High-volume recruiting or client-facing recruitment support experience
Estimated Min Rate: $24.50
Estimated Max Rate: $35.00
