What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will conduct in-depth analyses and investigations to identify and manage potential fraudulent activities across various business channels. Your responsibilities include customer authentication, fraud investigations, and ensuring compliance with fraud policies. You'll evaluate fraud trends, perform research, draw conclusions, and communicate findings to relevant teams, helping to establish and improve fraud prevention processes. Daily tasks include handling inbound calls from victims of fraud, utilizing multiple tools to assess situations, and providing guidance to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and programs simultaneously
- Strong phone skills, typing, and overall communication abilities
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (e.g., fraud, customer service, call center)
- Prior experience in fraud analysis or investigations
- Knowledge of fraud prevention tools and processes
- Experience supporting fraud management initiatives
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating a computer in a Windows environment, ideally in fraud prevention, customer service, or call center settings
- Hybrid work schedule—3 days in the office and 2 days remote
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, with training hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
