About the Role:
Yoh is seeking a  Formulation Scientist  to join our client’s innovative team in El Segundo, CA. This is a unique opportunity to lead formulation development efforts for biologic therapeutics in a cutting-edge biopharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate is a creative and driven scientist with deep expertise in biologics and drug product formulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop formulations for biologic drug products.
• Conduct hands-on laboratory experiments and coordinate with external testing partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, process engineering, analytical development, and other engineering teams to advance drug development programs.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Pharmaceutics, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Organic Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in biologics production and formulation.
• Proven experience with regulatory submissions and addressing regulatory inquiries.
• Demonstrated success in biologics formulation development, supported by peer-reviewed publications and/or scientific presentations.
• Strong knowledge of formulation development across various dosage forms, including characterization and scale-up.
• Deep understanding of protein stability and product quality attributes.
