Fleet Compliance and Materials Coordinator
The AV Compliance Fleet team is seeking a highly organized and reliable specialist to support vehicle registration, compliance documentation, materials coordination, and fleet operations in Mountain View. This six-month assignment requires work from the Mountain View office five days per week, with frequent travel to the Industry Business Center and FedEx locations.

Scope:
• Prepare and assemble vehicle registration packets and supporting documentation.
• Transport registration materials to the Industry Business Center for processing.
• Retrieve completed documents, permits, and license plates.
• Log, organize, and track all materials and registration activity.
• Package and ship completed materials to designated offices.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and status updates.
• Coordinate deadlines and follow-ups across fleet, compliance, and operations teams.
• Support additional documentation, materials coordination, and fleet compliance activities.
• Use Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Drive, Sheets, and Docs.
• Safeguard all documents, permits, license plates, and related materials.
• Travel frequently between Mountain View, the Industry Business Center, and FedEx locations.

Required:
• Experience in project coordination, materials coordination, compliance, fleet operations, document control, or a related field.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, reliability, and trustworthiness.
• Experience managing documents, deadlines, trackers, and multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to work 30–40 hours per week for six months.

Pluses:
• Vehicle registration, DMV, fleet compliance, or permit experience.
• Experience with shipping, FedEx, inventory, or materials intake.
• Experience working with government agencies or external processing centers.
• Automotive, autonomous vehicle, transportation, or mobility industry experience.
• Prior senior materials coordination, operations coordination, or project support experience.

Estimated Min Rate: $25.00
Estimated Max Rate: $35.00/hr+. Depends on work experience.
