Financial Reporting Analyst – (must live close to Austin, Texas)
Location:  Austin, TX
Schedule:  Day Shift
Contract Length:  18 Months
Pay Rate:  $32–$38/hr (based on experience)
About the Role:
Join a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment as a Financial Reporting Analyst. In this role, you’ll support vendor master data initiatives, SAP integration, and financial reporting projects that impact global finance and procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and consolidate global vendor master data for financial reporting.
• Lead cross-functional vendor data projects and process improvements.
• Analyze data and draft reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct quarterly vendor performance meetings and present findings.
• Support SAP ECC/MDG integrations and enhancements.
• Ensure SOX compliance and assist with tax reporting (1099/1042).
• Collaborate on M&A, automation, and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in finance, accounting, audit, or data analysis.
• Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, SAP ECC/MDG, and RPA tools.
• Tableau and vendor master maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
