Financial Consolidation Analyst (HYBRID)

Financial Consolidation Analyst (HYBRID) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing’s client working in Wilmington, DE.

• Pay Rate: $60-70/hr
• HYBRID schedule-onsite 3 days, 2 days remote

What You’ll Be Doing:

• This role will require work in accounting and consolidation systems including researching items and managing hedging of exchange gains & losses.
• Process and review consolidation adjustment vouchers (CAV) for Functional Currency, Intercompany Eliminations, etc.
• Execute related financial controls; research and provide explanations regarding consolidation data; as well as work with global contacts in Treasury, Tax, and business leadership.
• The position will report and review monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow data to buyer/business leadership to get their understanding and sign-off on the statements as complete.

• This role will assist with various processes as part of the preparation of the divestiture of a business currently expected to occur in November 2025.
• They work will require working in accounting and consolidation systems including extracting data and facilitating the breakout of balances on consolidation adjustment vouchers to assist with determining which balances are transferred to the divested business.
• May also assist with the monthly closing process to allow others to participate in the project.

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 2+ year progressive experience in a large corporate environment – required
• Position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency in the use of systems, including MS Excel and SAP
• Ability to navigate through difficult situations including working with others in a global organization
• Candidate must be self-managed and self-motivated with the ability to organize time and efforts to meet deadlines
• Ability to work overtime during the close process as needed
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Works well in team environment with an ability to interact at all levels of organization
