- $33-36/hr. max hourly rate
- 20-29 hours a week, Monday-Thursday, Friday remote
- You must have hands-on experience managing purchase orders, invoice processing, and vendor payments in a finance or accounting environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage purchase orders from creation through approval, processing, and closure.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, updates, and payment processing with Accounts Payable.
- Review and process invoices, ensuring accurate coding and supporting documentation.
- Track budgets and financial transactions to maintain accurate project and departmental spending.
- Prepare recurring financial reports and assist with month-end close activities.
- Research and resolve invoice, payment, and financial system discrepancies while maintaining accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- 1-3 years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable, procurement, accounting support, or a related function.
- You must have hands-on experience processing purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments in a finance, accounting, or procurement environmen t.
- Experience managing purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor payments, and financial transactions.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, expense tracking, general ledger coding, and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new financial and reporting systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
