- Pay Rate: $45-50/hr. (max hourly rate)
- 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday OT as necessary
- 2-7 years exp of marketing experience for B2B technology companies
- CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Marketo) and campaign tracking tools non-negotiable
- Execute customer-focused marketing plans aligned with regional and global priorities to support retention, expansion, and product adoption goals.
- Help deliver integrated campaigns—including email nurtures, webinars, events, and in-product messaging—that help customers maximize the value of their Client Concur solutions.
- Assist Senior Client Marketing Manager to partner with Client Account Executives and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities for targeted outreach that supports account health and growth.
- Support customer advocacy initiatives by identifying and nurturing customers who can participate in case studies, testimonials, reference calls, and community programs.
- Leverage customer insights and feedback to shape campaign messaging and highlight real customer outcomes.
- Coordinate, launch, and measure customer marketing programs that drive engagement and deepen product usage.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing operations teams to ensure accurate lead and engagement tracking, reporting, and lifecycle management.
- Support with forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and refining campaign performance on a monthly and quarterly basis to continuously improve impact.
- University degree in Marketing or related discipline
- At least 2 – 3 years of marketing experience for B2B technology companies
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing programs to drive pipeline and generate revenue
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Marketo) and campaign tracking tools is required
- Strong communication and influential skills and ability to work with diverse personalities across multiple time zones
- Self-starter who is committed to the job and seeks empowerment and accountability, with positive and can-do attitude
- Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, events and projects independently
- Sound analytical skills and experiences, comfortable with working with data for regular business reporting
- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market dynamics
- Knowledge of B2B sales and customer lifecyles and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration for account growth and expansion.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a broad variety of tasks, sound experience of project management
