Key Responsibilities
Communication Management & Service Delivery
• Provide internal and external communications to key customers and partners, including department metrics presentations, project updates and major announcements
• Revise processes and documents based on continuous improvement
• Author, review, and continuously improve technical documentation including requirements specifications, work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), qualification protocols, validation reports, procedural deviations and corrective action plans (CAPAs)
• Manage the complete lifecycle of electronic documents within the EDMS platform, ensuring version control, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Apply industry standards and corporate requirements to produce clear, efficient, and compliant documentation that meets quality and regulatory expectations
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
• Collaborate cross functionally with engineering, quality, operations, and project teams to gather, validate, and compile technical information
• Serve as the primary point of contact for documentation requests and status updates within the managed service framework
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and end-users to ensure documentation meets operational needs
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with department personnel and key stakeholders
Project & Timeline Management
• Coordinate documentation deliverables across multiple projects, adhering to established timelines and service level agreements
• Prioritize workload effectively to meet competing demands and project milestones
• Track and report on documentation status, identifying risks and proposing solutions proactively
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience with facility and equipment documentation in regulated environments (GxP, FDA, or similar)
• High proficiency with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Master Template frameworks
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a service-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in clinical/medical documentation or document coordination roles
• Familiarity with qualification and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
