within the Life Sciences Industry,
to jour client, Onsite, to report to their office in Hazelwood, MO
- $23.50-25/hr. max hourly rate
- Mon-Friday, 7AM-330PM (flex)
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the departmental work request inbox, creating detailed work orders for technician execution and tracking their status through the Preventive Maintenance System.
- Collaborate with staff to prioritize and escalate tasks efficiently; maintain and update preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, and inventory databases.
- Track departmental budget, coordinate invoices, and liaise with Accounts Payable; daily approval consolidation with the department manager (AP/AR experience preferred).
- Support Facilities projects by managing purchasing, POs, and spend tracking; maintain organized digital files and documentation.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite with expert-level Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, slicers, charts/graphs; no macros required).
- Draft polished written communications and manage calendars, scheduling, and general administrative tasks (e.g., reporting, supply ordering).
- Must have a HS Diploma or GED
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in documentation control, preferably in a related industry.
- Must have advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
- Must be able to read and understand complex procedures.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality System Regulation is a plus.
Estimated Min Rate: $23.50
Estimated Max Rate: $25.00
