We are looking for a dedicated Event Coordinator to support our clients domestic and international event participation, including trade shows, exhibitions, educational sessions, and press conferences. Must be able to work independently to ensure all events run smoothly, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of domestic and international events, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
- Exhibit Management: Secure premium xhibit locations, meeting spaces, and press conference rooms. Complete online exhibit kits to secure necessary services such as carpet, electrical, and on-site labor.
- Layout and Inventory: Create and revise exhibit and electrical layouts based on event requirements. Gather and inventory exhibit structures, graphics, marketing literature, giveaways, videos, and presentations prior to each event.
- Shipping Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international shipments to advance warehouses, storage facilities, convention centers, and hotels. Provide detailed inventory and delivery information prior to each event.
- On-site Support: Assist with the installation and dismantling of exhibits at select events. Evaluate return shipments, inspecting all structures and marketing materials for future use.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks including exhibit registration, securing event credentials, communicating updates to leadership, and collecting event photos and videos.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event planning, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong database, spreadsheet, and list management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail, organized, focused, and results-oriented. Problem-solving skills with critical thinking and prioritizing abilities. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available for domestic travel
- Industry Experience: Experience in the marketing/advertising industry.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Macintosh platform and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CC): Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Estimated Min Rate: $60000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $75000.00
