We’re seeking a strategic and experienced  Electrical Engineering Department Manager  to lead our growing Electrical Engineering & Design team on high-impact EPC projects. Summary:
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for both the technical and administrative direction of the department.

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Managing departmental resources including staffing, tools, deliverables, and estimates.
• Ensuring engineering work meets company, client, and national standards.
• Leading cross-functional coordination from design through construction.
• Driving project execution while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule alignment.
• Mentoring and developing engineering talent through training and performance management.
• Overseeing discipline-specific cost and schedule commitments across multiple projects.

Requirements:
We’re looking for a leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong organizational and communication skills.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 15+ years of experience in the EPCM industry or with an operating company in the chemical process sector (e.g., Chemical, Petrochemical, Intermediates, or Fibers).
• BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex projects.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. Familiarity with ETAP, SKM, and Visual is a plus.

This is a hybrid position, with multiple days on site per week
Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $204,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
