Big Picture:

• Prior experience working in a Call Center or higher education and supporting adult learners is ideal.
• Work Schedule: Hybrid; 8:30am – 4:30pm; once training is completed, will be mostly remote
• Pay Range: $20 -$21.43/hr; depending on experience
   

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as the front-line contact via phone for parents, students, and other constituents.
• Handle phone inquiries for the Main Line, as well as one other area the Enrollment Management Contact Center (EMCC) supports (Student Financial Services, Admissions, Office of Global Services) with excellent customer service in answering questions and directing callers to the appropriate areas.
• Responsible for a basic understanding of the major offices to direct callers appropriately.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working in a Call Center or higher education and supporting adult learners is ideal.
• Must have customer service experience; strong interpersonal, phone, and communications skills
• Some experience in working with various databases and office applications such as the Microsoft Office suite
