Required Skills:
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in SCADA systems and project coordination
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in verifying configurations, managing work orders, and updating project documentation
- Ability to coordinate with engineering teams and field technicians effectively
- Familiarity with project management tools and Excel spreadsheets
- Prior experience with EMS upload processes and SCADA base databases
- Knowledge of power or energy industry practices
- Experience in onsite technical support and troubleshooting
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in engineering, information technology, or related field preferred
- Previous hands-on experience in utility or industrial project support is advantageous
- This is an onsite position; no remote or hybrid options available
- Flex 9/80 work schedule available
- Ability to obtain site access and work in a regulated environment
