Yoh is hiring for a Documentation Specialist for our Personal Care client here in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and expand your knowledge.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Performs review  of all documentation to ensure correctness.
  • Familiar with cGMP procedures.
  • Performs data input and database maintenance for compounding documentation results.
  • Maintains documentation files; electronic and hard copy.
  • Ensures that all data reports are released to the departments in timely manner.
  • Communicates with cross functional teams, Quality Assurance documentation control for all Quality Control documents.
  • Follow all SOPs and other technical documents.
  • Assists in compounding support functions as needed.
  • Accepts responsibility for special assignments and ensures completion either by self-effort or through coordination efforts of others.
  • Work on special projects as assigned or requested.
  • Complete training assignments as required.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements:
  • Requires Associate degree or related science and thorough understanding of FDA regulations and technical documentation. 
Experience Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of technical writing and cGMP documentation practices.
Abilities Needed:
  • Ability to organize data.
  • Ability to handle stress and work with multiple priorities independently.
  • Ability to interface effectively with other departments.
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to coordinate workload and work under pressure.
  • Must be able to track projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Has a professional, helpful attitude accepts constructive criticism well, and is a team player
  • Must have working knowledge of computer usage including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and SAP, and other word processing, database, or spreadsheet programs.
Work Environment:
Worker exposed to extreme heat and cold with temperatures sufficiently high or low to cause marked bodily discomfort.  Exposed to sufficient noise to cause worker to shout in order to be heard above the ambient noise level.  Worker exposed to hazards such as proximity to moving mechanical parts. Works in laboratory, production line and warehouse environments.

Shift: 
  • 1st shift 8 am-5pm 


Estimated Min Rate: $14.00
Estimated Max Rate: $20.00
