You will lead integrated demand generation and client marketing programs that drive pipeline, expansion revenue, and customer engagement at scale—operating across a highly matrixed organization spanning Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and regional teams. Success in this role requires the ability to translate marketing strategy into measurable business outcomes, while leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead Enterprise Demand Generation & Client Growth
- Drive pipeline growth, expansion, and retention across the North America install base
- Own marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue, aligned to business targets
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies across segments and regions
- Own Marketing Strategy & Execution at Scale
- Design and deliver multi-channel marketing programs across digital, field, events, ABM, and lifecycle
- Build scalable, repeatable growth plays tailored to customer segments and lifecycle stages
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on oversight to ensure program effectiveness
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and regional teams to align on priorities and pipeline goals
- Operate effectively within a highly matrixed enterprise environment
- Influence and align stakeholders across multiple functions and regions
- Lead Performance & Business Outcomes
- Establish and track KPIs tied to pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes
- Translate marketing performance into clear business impact
- Leverage data and insights to continuously optimize programs and drive growth
- Build & Lead High-Performing Teams
- Lead and mentor a team focused on marketing execution, performance, and growth
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Scale team capabilities in line with business goals
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; preferred fields include Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in enterprise environments
- Proven experience leading enterprise demand generation, field marketing, or client marketing programs
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue outcomes through marketing initiatives
- Experience operating in highly matrixed organizations across multiple regions and stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing
- Ability to connect marketing strategy to measurable business impact
- Experience leading and developing marketing teams at scale
- Experience leading integrated field and regional marketing programs
- Background in enterprise SaaS organizations with complex GTM structures
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on business outcomes over activity metrics
- Experience scaling marketing programs across segments, regions, and customer lifecycles
