Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B Demand Generation-Hybrid

Yoh has an immediate, direct hire opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B Demand Generation, within the electronics/manufacturing industry, to join our client, hyrbid schedule in Charlotte, NC

• Up to 70K annually
• Schedule: Hybrid (onsite/remote split)
• Must have prior experience in B2B digital marketing, including inbound/outbound strategy and agency collaboration

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and execute digital marketing and content strategies across multiple business units to drive demand and brand awareness.
• Develop and manage integrated digital campaigns including inbound, outbound, and content marketing for product launches and ongoing initiatives.
• Oversee digital platforms including web, social media, paid media, and email; manage updates, landing pages, and CTA forms to optimize conversion.
• Execute PPC, SEO, display, and retargeting campaigns using A/B testing to improve lead generation and media spend efficiency.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to test messaging, video usage, and UX strategies.
• Align digital efforts with CRM and sales teams to support cross-sell initiatives and lead nurturing workflows.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI; publish analytics reports and recommend optimizations.
• Conduct market segmentation and competitive audits to identify new customer targets and refine messaging.
• Support trade show strategy and execution, including on-site event management for large and small industry events.
• Partner with leadership to develop and manage digital marketing budgets.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including inbound/outbound campaign planning and execution.
• Experience managing and collaborating with marketing agencies.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital content strategy.
• Familiarity with B2B lead generation, CRM alignment, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot or Pardot preferred).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
• Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Up to date on digital and social media trends and best practices.
• Positive energy and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
