Digital Marketing Coordinator (HYBRID)

Digital Marketing Coordinator (HYBRID) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing’s client working in Knoxville, TN .

• Pay Rate: $22-28/hr
• HYBRID schedule-onsite 2 days, 3 days remote

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Gather, organize, and manage assets for sponsor content integration projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to coordinate sponsorship needs and deliverables
• Coordinate with home builders and production companies to incorporate sponsor products in HGTV Home Giveaway programs.
• Take details notes and distribute meeting recaps to project stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients, agencies, Account Executives, sales support staff, and production teams regarding timelines, mockups, and other sponsorship details.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all custom creative
• Maintain detailed project records in a centralized system
• Generate reports to summarize project statuses
• Provide support to overall marketing activation team as directed

Required:

• Experience in Digital Marketing, PR, Social Media Marketing, Advertising Sales
• Coursework or Internship experience in Corporate Setting
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and communicating directly with high level clients
• Sharp understanding of all digital platforms (web, video, mobile, social)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
• BA degree in communications or marketing preferred
