We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Endpoint Analyst to manage, support, and secure endpoint infrastructure across the organization. Plays a key part in device lifecycle management, asset tracking, and technical support to help ensure standardized practices across all sites and contribute to a secure and efficient IT environment.
 
Responsibilities:
Monitor, maintain, image, and deploy workstations and endpoint devices
Manage endpoint onboarding/offboarding through a ticketing system
Coordinate shipping and returns of IT equipment to and from employees and locations
Provide packing materials and shipping labels for devices and peripherals
Coordinate with vendors for in-warranty and out-of-warranty hardware repairs
Maintain inventory records and asset tracking systems for IT hardware
Clean, repair, and prepare returned equipment for redeployment
Organize and coordinate responsible e-waste disposal
Communicate hardware status, losses, and organizational needs to leadership
Maintain a clean and organized IT storage/warehouse area
Perform other IT-related support tasks as required
 
Requirements:
3+ years of IT systems experience preferred
2+ years of experience in asset and inventory management
2+ years supporting Windows 10/11 environments with 1000+ devices
Experience supporting Microsoft Office suite and Windows users
At least 1 year supporting iOS mobile devices
Solid understanding of hardware components and configuration (CPUs, BIOS, memory, etc.)
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
Experience with Windows Autopilot is a plus
Familiarity with Workspace ONE/AirWatch is a plus
Experience with VOIP and Microsoft Teams Room setups is a plus


Estimated Min Rate: $52500.00
Estimated Max Rate: $75000.00
