IT Support Specialist
We’re seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on and remote technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
This role involves troubleshooting a wide range of issues, from malware and file corruption to printer and connectivity problems, ensuring smooth operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktop systems and remote users.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including hard drive failures and malware.
- Support secure remote access tools such as VPN and Citrix.
- Resolve issues with printers, copiers, and related devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely ticket resolution.
- Manage hardware/software inventory and coordinate with external vendors.
- Participate in on-call, weekend, and overtime support as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and mobile device support.
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Teams.
- Ability to deliver high-touch support to executive-level users.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated team player with minimal supervision required.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers.
Estimated Min Rate: $55.00
Estimated Max Rate: $65.00
