Job Abstract
We are seeking a motivated, commercially minded professional to join our Wealth Distribution Enablement Team. In this role, the candidate will support the operational lifecycle of onboarding new distribution partners and investment products across key channels, including wirehouses, independent broker?dealers, RIAs, and platform providers. A major focus of this position is using data to inform decisions — helping leaders and sales professionals understand channel dynamics, prioritize opportunities, and ensure our products are launched and positioned effectively across the U.S. wealth ecosystem. The candidate will be expected to bring a strategic, data?driven approach — analyzing trends, extracting insights, and helping translate insights into commercial actions that expand product reach and support business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and lead the end?to?end strategy for onboarding new distributors and products at scale, including wirehouses, broker?dealers, and other wealth distribution platforms.
Source and onboard strategic third?party data providers, including FA data packs. Partner with vendors such as Broadridge, SS&C, and other specialized providers to deliver insights that inform commercial opportunities.
Provide insights on distributor and product KPI’s, platform requirements, and operational feasibility to support strategic decision?making.
Coordinate operational setup across selling agreements, data connectivity, platform requirements, and compliance documentation.
Serve as an enablement liaison between internal teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Compliance, Technology) and external distribution partners.
Partner with fund administrators, product teams, and transfer agents to ensure new funds are operationally ready for distribution.
Lead ongoing enhancements to support product changes, new share classes, and platform updates. Analyze distributor platform dynamics, product gaps, and competitive positioning to help inform opportunity sets for sales leadership and sales teams.
Manage investment data flows required for distributor platforms, flows, holdings, characteristics, and regulatory data.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data delivery in partnership with data management and fund administration teams.
Maintain strong governance around distributor operations, including documentation, controls, and risk management.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Global and or U.S. wealth distribution enablement, platform onboarding, or product operations within an asset manager, fund administrator, or major distributor.
Experience with FA Data packs, market data providers like but not limited to Broadridge or SS&C highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Global and or U.S. wealth channels, including wirehouses, independent broker?dealers, and RIA platforms.
Experience with alternative investment products (’40 Act alternatives, interval funds, private markets wrappers, tender?offer funds, etc.) a plus.
Familiarity with investment data, fund administration processes, and operational requirements for bringing new products to the wealth channel.
Ability to translate operational insights and data into commercial recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross?functionally with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project?management capabilities.
