As a Data Analyst - IT/Data Analyst III, you will be instrumental in transforming complex compliance data into clear, actionable insights that drive operational excellence and inform leadership strategies. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analysis, dashboard development, and statistical modeling to make a tangible impact within a forward-thinking organization.

Required Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in data reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization
  • Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis and pattern recognition
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into simple, compelling narratives
  • Experience in generating ad hoc and regular compliance reports
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication skills for presenting insights to varied audiences
Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with other BI tools and data visualization platforms
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation
  • Project management skills or familiarity with Agile methodologies
Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role within a corporate environment
