As a Data Analyst - IT/Data Analyst III, you will be instrumental in transforming complex compliance data into clear, actionable insights that drive operational excellence and inform leadership strategies. Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in data reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization
- Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis and pattern recognition
- Ability to translate complex data sets into simple, compelling narratives
- Experience in generating ad hoc and regular compliance reports
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication skills for presenting insights to varied audiences
- Experience with other BI tools and data visualization platforms
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation
- Project management skills or familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role within a corporate environment
