Customer Service Representative? Location: Gloucester, MA
Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Monday–Friday
One weekend day post-training (after 6 months), with weekday OT option to compensate.

? Contract: 18-Month Contract
? Pay:$20.00 – $25.85 (based on experience)

About the Role Be the “One Stop Shop” for customers seeking service support! As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of Applied Materials, providing exceptional assistance and ensuring smooth operations for our valued clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all service requests, including Total Kit Management (TKM) customers, on-demand requests, and labor dispatch.
• Deliver 24x7 call center support and resolve customer issues from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Field Engineering, Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Marketing, Sales) to ensure timely resolutions.
• Process and maintain customer requests via email and phone in SAP CRM.
• Create and manage quotations, opportunities, sales orders, and service cases in SAP CRM.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain excellent communication and positive interactions with customers and internal teams.

What You Need to Bring

• Strong communication skills(written and spoken) with the ability to use positive language.
• Knowledge of products or services and strong English proficiency.
• Additional language skills are a plus for multi-region support.
• Familiarity with SAP/CRM and supply chain processes is a bonus.
