About the Role
Be the “One Stop Shop”
for customers seeking service support! As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of Applied Materials, providing exceptional assistance and ensuring smooth operations for our valued clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all service requests, including Total Kit Management (TKM) customers, on-demand requests, and labor dispatch.
- Deliver 24x7 call center support and resolve customer issues from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Field Engineering, Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Marketing, Sales) to ensure timely resolutions.
- Process and maintain customer requests via email and phone in SAP CRM.
- Create and manage quotations, opportunities, sales orders, and service cases in SAP CRM.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain excellent communication and positive interactions with customers and internal teams.
- Strong communication skills(written and spoken) with the ability to use positive language.
- Knowledge of products or services and strong English proficiency.
- Additional language skills are a plus for multi-region support.
- Familiarity with SAP/CRM and supply chain processes is a bonus.
