Location: Santa Fe Springs
Compensation: $18 - $20/hr
Essential Job Functions:
- Process and enter customer orders for the Biomedical Department, verifying that pricing, product revisions, and purchase order requirements are current and accurate.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery expectations, and order-related inquiries, providing timely updates and follow-up.
- Coordinate with production planning to ensure orders are reviewed and released in a timely manner to support production schedules and on-time delivery Objectives.
- Review order documentation to verify that all required documents, specifications, and revisions are available and accurate before production order release, ensuring the product is built to the correct revision.
- Support new projects, process improvements, and other departmental activities as needed.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
Education/Experience required:
- A college degree is preferred but experience commensurate with job responsibilities may suffice.
- Experience in customer service.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part ofa team.
- Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
