Pay Rate:$23.45/hour
Employment Type: Contract approved for 1 year with strong potential for extension

Position Overview
The Customer Order Coordinator serves as a customer-focused liaison supporting domestic customers while promoting functional excellence and quality standards. This role is responsible for order management, customer inquiries, and cross-functional coordination, while contributing to continuous improvement through best practices, and process auditing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic customer service support based on business and customer needs
  • Manage sales orders through the full order fulfillment process including entry, pricing, documentation, invoicing, and follow-up
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order issues, disputes, and discrepancies
  • Issue credit and debit memos and process samples and rebates as required
  • Monitor and track orders using systems to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Work closely with demand and supply planners, manufacturing sites, warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers, finance, and sales teams
  • Maintain compliance with quality systems and internal policies
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to quality, best practices, and auditing
  • Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance activities related to customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as a Customer Service Representative beyond call center environment
  • Working knowledge of SAP R3 or ERP including order entry, deliverables, and invoicing
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on SAP experience
  • Understanding of Sales to Cash and Requisition to Pay processes preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Salesforce and SharePoint experience is a plus
  • Organizational skills and manage multiple priorities and provide accurate follow-up
Education
  • Prior customer service experience with SAP or equivalent and a Bachelor’s Degree
