Customer Experience Coordinator – Legal Support (Electronics)

Yoh has an immediate, 6-month contract opportunity, possible extension for a Customer Service Representative to join our client in the Electronics and Technology Industry, in  Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

• Monday–Thursday onsite / Friday remote (subject to change to fully onsite)
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• $22/hr. max hourly rate

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage legal consumer complaints and provide support to the Legal team.
• Coordinate Small Claims complaints, ensuring assignment to appropriate agents and resolution tracking.
• Schedule RSM/FSM attendance for unresolved Small Claims or escalate to Legal for outside counsel.
• Compose Attorney General (AG) responses to consumer issues in collaboration with Legal.
• Gather consumer history for class actions, legal demand letters, and other legal matters.
• Track and maintain legal case records using Excel.
• Conduct root cause analysis and register claims in GCIC and REVO systems.

Who You Are

• A “jack of all trades” with a flexible, dedicated, and self-driven attitude.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• A team player who can support multiple departments and adapt to shifting priorities.
