Yoh has an immediate, 6-month contract opportunity, possible extension
for a Customer Service Representative
to join our client in the Electronics and Technology Industry, in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
- Monday–Thursday onsite / Friday remote (subject to change to fully onsite)
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- $22/hr. max hourly rate
- Manage legal consumer complaints and provide support to the Legal team.
- Coordinate Small Claims complaints, ensuring assignment to appropriate agents and resolution tracking.
- Schedule RSM/FSM attendance for unresolved Small Claims or escalate to Legal for outside counsel.
- Compose Attorney General (AG) responses to consumer issues in collaboration with Legal.
- Gather consumer history for class actions, legal demand letters, and other legal matters.
- Track and maintain legal case records using Excel.
- Conduct root cause analysis and register claims in GCIC and REVO systems.
- A “jack of all trades” with a flexible, dedicated, and self-driven attitude.
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written communication and analytical skills.
- A team player who can support multiple departments and adapt to shifting priorities.
