- Pay Rate: $50-75/hr
- HYBRID-onsite 3 days, 2 days remote
- Managing the full-life cycle recruitment for the whole organization for openings at company. They will be supporting direct hire recruitment for the entire organization. All levels of experience including high level leadership positions; reports into the Executive Director of HR and will partner closely with other HR business partners in addition to business leaders.
- Positions span professional, IT, engineering, leadership.
- Thoroughly reviewing applicant resumes and cover letters for desired experience and skills for company’s open positions
- Conducting initial phone interviews to assess motivations, availability, and communication skills
- Managing a high volume of applicants
- Scheduling candidate meetings and interviews and coordinating travel arrangements
- Marketing open positions on social media using LinkedIn, Facebook, Handshake, Indeed & other industry related job boards
- Creating interview guides
- Responding to general staffing telephone inquiries from prospective and current employees
- Creating postings, ensuring that all positions are posted and removed from the internal and external websites, notifying employees of internal postings
- Ensuring Workday is maintained with accurate information
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Work as a team to support HR Business Partners, Executive Director HR, Compensation and HRIS employees
- Support immigration processing – work with outside Counsel to ensure all new employees and existing employees have updated immigration paper
- New employees working on transferring Visas
- Existing employees working on Perm cases and any change to their immigration status
Required:
- Experience sourcing positions in professional, IT, engineering, and leadership.
- Experience hiring for positions in the energy space preferred.
- 10+ years of experience with HR Corporate Recruitment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking system preferably Workday.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
