What You'll Do
- Request product assets and information from label and artist clients
- Organize projects and follow up on missing items to keep deliveries on schedule
- Liaise between internal departments and labels as needed
- Manage documentation for potential conflicts and copyright claims
- Help fulfill direct requests for specific track and song information
- Support day-to-day operational needs and requests to ensure successful DSP deliveries, troubleshooting as issues come up
- Help pull data and organize reports
- Have some years of experience in media and/or administrative roles
- Work well independently
- Are available outside regular business hours when urgent matters arise
- Enjoy a fast-paced but casual environment
- Are detail oriented and can juggle multiple projects at once
- Are extremely organized with strong communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
